Does Spirit Seeds ship to P.O. boxes, postal codes, or zip codes?

Spirit Seeds ships to all the above.

Spirit Seeds cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to rural postal codes or zip codes.

Spirit Seeds ships with both Canada Post and UPS. Spirit Seeds is not responsible for any carrier delays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address associated with their purchase order or Paypal account is correct at checkout.

Spirit Seeds is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses once an order has been placed.

How can I track my Spirit Seeds shipment?

Once an order has been fulfilled we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Should you not receive shipping confirmation within 2 business days of your online transaction, please contact us.

A tracking number will be provided by the carrier once the order has been picked up from our studio.

Does Spirit Seeds provide international shipping on all products?

Spirit Seeds provides international shipping on all products.

However, duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.

Spirit Seeds is unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

Spirit Seeds cannot adjust the value of your order, as we are required by law to disclose the full value of the content.

How long will my order take? (Domestic and International)

Shipping lead-times will take affect when your piece(s) leave our Vancouver studio.

Please allow 2 business days of production time prior to shipping (3-5 business days for specialty custom pieces).

As all Spirit Seeds jewelry is handcrafted to order, there can sometimes be a delay during the production process. Should any delays arise with your order, we will contact you immediately. Please note that any custom orders or changes made to an existing order may take additional time to be processed.

When your order has been received, we will send you an order confirmation email.

Should you not receive an order confirmation email within 2 business days of purchase, please email customer care and we will be happy to assist you.

Once an order has been fulfilled we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Should you not receive shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your online transaction, please contact us.

There may be additional import charges (taxes, duties, etc.). Spirit Seeds will not be held responsible for any incurred charges.

*Some international destinations may require additional time or fees, customer care will contact you immediately if this applies to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Does Spirit Seeds provide returns and exchanges on items?

We are happy to refund or exchange all eligible merchandise except for gift cards within 14 days of the delivery date.  During the holidays, we extend this to January 5th. As long as we are contacted before this date, you may return or exchange any item purchased in December.  

Eligible merchandise must not be worn or damaged and returned with all of the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Email spiritseedspinecones@gmail.com with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and your order number in the subject line.

You will receive an email with a Return Authorization Code and a Return/Exchange Form.

Send the returned items to the address found on the Return/Exchange Form. 

The returned package must include: the receipt, all original packaging, completed Return/Exchange Form, and the Return Authorization Code written on the outside of the package.

Please note that all returns must be received by us within 21 days of the ship date.

You will receive an email from Customer Service as soon as your package has been received.

How do I send my item back to Spirit Seeds for a return or exchange?

Customers are required to pay for the sending shipping costs that are sent to Spirit Seeds for all exchanges and returns. To return an online purchase, you may do so through any of the following:

  • Simply print a return from your courier of choice label. Complete and enclose the return slip in your package and drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Additionally, you may also schedule an at-home pickup.
  • Contact us and we will assist you.
What will my return or exchange look like?

For online/phone purchases:

Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. 

For in-person purchases:

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds will be provided only for purchases by cash or check to the original purchaser; credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issue of that credit card shall also apply.
