Warranty & Repairs

Spirit Seeds is pleased to offer our customers a lifetime warranty for all of our jewelry, including repairs of Spirit Seeds jewelry purchased through our future retailers.

We have a limited 6 month period where if there is any damaged we will repair or replace the Item FREE of Charage and cover all shipping requirements.

Anythings past this period will be available to have their Spirit seed repaired if needed.

Be aware that repair requests for Spirit Seeds jewelry that has been repaired or altered in any way by an outside source may be refused.

What’s Covered

• Lifetime Coverage: We will repair any damage to the pinecone portion of the earrings, including the resin coating.
• 6-Month Full Warranty: For the first six months from the purchase date, we’ll also cover repairs or replacements for the metal components, including the ear hoops and findings.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage to the metal components (ear hoops and findings) beyond the 6-month warranty period.
• General wear and tear, loss, or misuse of the earrings.

How to Use Your Warranty

1. Follow the "how to get a repair started" Tab.
2. If the repair is covered, we’ll guide you through the process of shipping the earrings back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Once we receive the earrings, repairs typically take 1-2months, after which they’ll be shipped back to you.

Exceptions

In cases of extensive damage or unrepairable pinecones, we will replace the pinecone with a new, matching one. Due to the natural uniqueness of each pinecone, replacements may vary slightly in size or appearance.

To start the process of sending your item for repair,  please follow the instructions listed below.

1. Please fill out the Repair Request - https://forms.gle/HK5UTsfCkcKSyfmy9
2. Then please send pictures of problem to Spiritseedspinecones@gmail.com - Subject: "YOUR Full Name" - Repair
3. We will make our assessment to determine if the item meets warranty criteria.
4. Once approved, we will send you an address to mail us your item.

We will then repair your jewelry FREE of Charge and send it right back to you. All we ask of you, is to cover the return shipping cost.

It will be highly unlikely we will refuse a Repair, ever. But Spirit Seeds does reserve the right to refuse a return package if return instructions are not followed.

For online store returns, customers must be able to provide their proof of purchase receipt.

Depending on the customer's location, the time it may take for exchanged or repaired items to arrive will vary.

Please note that Spirit Seeds is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
