Repairs and Warranty

Periodic inspection and maintenance of jewelry helps to limit repairs or replacements. Should a problem occur with your jewelry, please download our jewelry repair form and send it to us with the details filled. We will make an assessment to determine if the jewelry meets our warranty criteria.

Spirit Seeds is pleased to offer our customers a lifetime warranty for all of our jewelry, including repairs of Spirit Seeds jewelry purchased through our future retailers. Be aware that repair requests for Spirit Seeds jewelry that has been repaired or altered in any way by an outside source may be refused.

While Spirit Seeds does not cover the cost of return shipping for repairs, we will ship repaired items back to you with tracking, free of charge.

Repairs received during peak production times may take longer than usual.

Spirit Seeds reserves the right to refuse a return package if return instructions are not followed.

For online store returns, customers must be able to provide their proof of purchase receipt.

Depending on the customer's location, the time it may take for exchanged or repaired items to arrive will vary.

Please note that Spirit Seeds is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

You may either bring your item into our Vancouver studio or send in your item via mail. To start the process of sending your item for repair,  please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Download our Repair Form.
2. Send it to our email complete with all information.
3. We will make our assessment to determine if the item meets warranty criteria.
4. If approved, send the item enclosed with a printed version of the form, via an insured shipping method, to our Vancouver studio.

We will then repair your jewelry and send it right back to you.
